No algorithm, no browsing profiles. A person reads every application and proposes matches by hand.

Join
Apply as a mentor or a mentee, takes about two minutes.

Tell us where you are
We will reach out to you to understand where you are and what you are looking for. AlloDuck connections often meet on zoom or in person first.

Tell us what you need, or what you can offer
Mentees describe what they're hoping to navigate; mentors describe their expertise. This is the heart of the match, not a formality.

We find someone
A person reviews every application and proposes a match based on stage, location, and what you told us, not an algorithm.

Both privately accept
Each side sees a short profile of their proposed match and accepts on their own, without seeing whether the other has said yes yet. Neither of you finds out until both have.

Introduction
Once you've both accepted, we send a warm email introduction.

Four-month mentorship
A structured, intentional connection for one season of the transition. We hope the mentorship can extend beyond AlloDuck and foster a sense of community.
